first of all, make an account. most pures have purish names, but sometimes it people will be careless if u don’t have a pure name. try something else. there are a lot of cool names that don’t have the word pure on it. also, if u don’t mind having a silly name, have a name with zezima on it. makes u seem a lot more like a noob.
go through tutorial then sell all your items at the correct shops. also do recovery questions and get through the stronghold. you can get help on how to do it at runescape.salmoneus.net
now, since unfair trades aren’t allowed anymore and that drop trading wont work at all, even pures need to train a skill for money. i chose woodcutting, but it was a bad choice. i’m not a member so i cant request assistance to fletch it. i would suggest u do fishing, because you can request assistance to a person who has high cooking so u can make your own food, and lobsters have a high buying lvl. mining would be nice also, and you can also request assistance so you don’t have to train smithing, unless you want fast money by steel bars. it’s up to you, mining or fishing, but believe me, not woodcutting, because you will be spending most of your time on willows as yews are at lvl 60 and only chop faster only lvl 75.
i suggest u train on a non combat skill before pure training, so you can get money. again, use skill training guides at runescape.salmoneus.net
start of with 100k-150k. buy trouts for later training. also, buy steel, mith, addy, and rune scimitars. i know why you’re wondering why not iron, more explaining on that later. also buy some bronze arrows, and all the chaps and the two vambraces. get a full iron set, and a power amulet. also calculate the amount of body runes and earth runes you’ll need to lvl 19 magic and how many body and water runes to 25 magic. buy both earth and water staffs.
now, the reason why i didn’t suggest to use iron is because of the dummies in varrock which train your attack to 8, like what the rsa free combat guide says. train attack to 8 and don’t train attack anymore for the moment.
train strength on seagulls because they have more health than goblins. after 15 strength on them, train to 30 strength on monks. then, to the vampire slayer quest using the help website i said twice but too lazy to say now. =)
you will have 30 strength and 20+ attack. sell your iron legs. we will train the tid bits now. (magic, prayer, and ranged)
do the witch potion quest to get magic 3. train with the confuse spell to weaken and weaken to curse. change staffs and runes, then train curse to 25. no health xp so you didn’t lvl up.
do the restless ghost quest and get prayer 10. train to 13 with bones in the chicken coop or the chaos temple up in the wilderness.
train on cows when training ranged. train on them to 20. wear your studded legs and wield your willow bow. now train on skeletons in the varrock sewers. there is a rift of water so they cant hit u, but the scorpion can. try avoid it if you’re not yet lvl 29. once you get 30 there, put on your maple bow and go to the cow field in the crafting guild. the hobogoblins on the peninsula cant get u but u can. train to 40 there.
we’re done with the bits and pieces, and here are what are supposed to be your skills. if you haven’t completed one of them yet, do it.
25 magic
40 ranged
20+ attack
30 strength
13 prayer
? health
do not do 5 defence yet. we will go on training.
hill giants hit 4’s and the place is crowded, i never trained on them, honestly. i trained on flesh crawlers instead. they only hit 1s despite their high attack and they get u 100 exp per crawler. in the southeast end of the 2nd floor of the stronghold, they have a bucketful of them hanging out. the thing is, they’re lvl 35, so they’re too hard for you as they’ll keep on hitting you more. go to the place with only 2 flesh crawlers and 3 giant rats. (don’t attack the rats they won’t auto attack and they waste food badly)
use the stronghold map on the runescape site. and don’t forget to bring your trouts. and make sure u have something like an ipod or a friend to chat with. this can get boring.
train strength to 40 on them. then train to 30 attack. after that train to 50 strength. after 50 strength, you’re ready for the lvl 35s. train on them. get 40 attack, then train defence to 5. it’ll take minutes because you’ll hit high and its only up to level 5. after that, buy your steel armor, and train strength to 60 and beyond. you can start training on moss giants and even lesser demons if you get more powerful. but waste all your trouts first on flesh crawlers, then buy salmons/tunas/lobsters to train on the “bigger things.”
